Market Testing & Feasibility
Our first vehicle was a 3-wheel EV "autocycle" called the NmG (no more gas) which we evolved from the Corbin Sparrow. Approximately 300 of these one-person, 70-mph, 3-wheel EVs were sold. Most were sold with just 30 to 40 miles of range, clearly demonstrating that EVs as a 2nd family vehicle for local driving don’t need a lot of range.
Proof of Concept Vehicle
To show our shift to a 4-wheel EV and car-level safety from motorcycle safety, we built our proof-of-concept Point5 with a very tight budget. That’s why it doesn’t look like a finished production car – because it isn’t. But it was the next step and it shows how this new design will inherit the fun of the NmG while improving its functionality in every way.
